Aguilar Coaching LLC (“we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect. Information you give us through our forms, booking pages and messages: your name, email address, phone number, and your answers to application questions. We also receive payment confirmation from our payment processor (Stripe); we do not store your card details.
How we use it. To respond to you, schedule and deliver coaching sessions, send booking confirmations and reminders, send the resources you requested, and share occasional updates about our programs and workshops.
Text messages. If you opt in, we may send text messages about your bookings and coaching. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Sharing. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business (such as our CRM, email, scheduling and payment providers), and only as needed to provide our services, or when required by law.
Your choices. You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email, opt out of texts by replying STOP, or ask us to update or delete your information by emailing [email protected].
